Frequently asked questions

When should we order our wedding stationery?


Save the Date Send these save the date cards to let your friends and family know when your big day is happening. Usually send 9 - 12 months before. Invitations, RSVP and/or Details Send these out roughly 6 - 12 months before the big day along with RSVP cards and details cards if required. Order of Service / Menus / Table Numbers / Place Cards Usually ordered 6 - 8 weeks before the wedding day along with the finishes touches such as the name cards, order of service and seating plan. Seating Plan Try to order around 3 weeks before the wedding day. Thank You Cards Top tip, order these before the big day and you will have them ready to send out soon after the celebrations.




What happens when I place an order?


Once ordered you will receive an email proof which will have your details on the design, once approved this will then be printed and delivered (no extra charge for changes). Please allow 2 - 3 working days for your proof and 5 - 7 working days after you have approved the artwork for delivery of your printed items. PLEASE NOTE: Once you have approved the proof it will go straight to print and no further changes can be made.




Can I get a refund?


Although we do everything we change to ensure we deliver high quality products and services, if for some reason you are unhappy with you purchase please get in touch, zoe@blushcreations.co.uk Change can be made to the digital design free of charge. If, for some reason you do not like the digital design you can request a full refund. Once you have approved the digital proof it will go straight to print and no further changes or refunds can be made. If the printed items are damaged or fautly you will receive a full refund once you have returned the prints. Please note: delivery charges are non-refundable.




How long does it take to be delivered?


We estimate a 5 - 7 working day turnaround after you have approved your proof.
