P.S. We all know things may not go as expected (yes, COVID we are talking about you!) So please take these dates as a rough guide. They can of course be organised much closer to your big day if need be! P.P.S. I’m always here if you need any help with planning, ordering, or just a chat.

Wedding Stationery Timeline

Save The Date 9 - 12 months

Send when you have secured a venue to give your guests the heads up and unleash the excitement!

Invitations / RSVP / Details Card 4 - 9 months

Your invitations can be sent along with an RSVP card and details card to let y our guests know the finer details of your big day.

On the Day Stationery Order of Service / Welcome board Table Numbers / Menus 6 - 8 weeks

Once you have arranged the details you can order your on the day stationery like the order of service, table numbers, and menus.

Name Cards / Seating Plan 3 - 4 weeks

Try to order around 3 weeks before the wedding day. This should allow enough time for any last-minute changes and for it to be printed and delivered.

Thank You cards

Ideally order your thank you cards when you order other pieces of stationery like table numbers etc. It saves so having to reorder in the future and is also a handy reminder to send after the big day!
